We source best-in-class manufacturing for each of our products from qualified factories around the world. We work with manufacturers with in-house engineering, industrial design services and in-house tooling capability. We are staffed with quality assurance personnel who continually monitor production. We also ensure that each factory is staffed with its own team of quality assurance associates who design, implement and develop onsite quality assurance strategies, including inspection of every product in every shipment before it leaves the factory. We have a three-tier testing compliance program:

1. Our factories are required to meet quality assurance and testing standards defined for each product based upon materials, manufacturing process and regulatory requirements.
2. Our QA staff develop specific QA/QC standards and testing procedures that are implemented from production units pulled before the product is shipped.
3. Our QA staff develop specific QA/QC standards and testing procedures for testing products once they have been delivered to our US facilities.
