We launch our products to the consumer markets via catalog, television shopping and other direct response channels. These "First Tier" sales provide feedback on each product from consumers, including how they perceived presentation and value of the product. Based on the response from these First Tier sales, we design a strategy for retail marketing through specialty and mass retailers, discount clubs or other appropriate retail channels. We distribute to retail dealers directly and through distributors. We maintain domestic inventory for US accounts that require domestic supply & provide Direct Import distribution for our international customers & major US accounts.
